Couple, saxophone and autumn forrest/ Oni dva, saxofon a podzimní les

I imagine every photographer gets jobs he or she likes and then the ones which we dont like that much. I was very lucky on one October Saturday as I get to photograph not only an amazingly beautiful and returning client, but also her boyfriend who plays saxophone so not only the job I liked - this was the job I loved!

The original plan was to make a photo inside my studio which would be based on a poster they both liked. However when they came for the shooting on on Saturday morning, the weather was just splendid, sun was partially shining and also it was not too cold. Autumn was out in its full colourful strength. Naturally I suggested moving the photoshoot outside. And as Karolina and Honza are hell of a great guys, the agreed immediately.

We took things out, they changed clothes, I measured the light and only then the saxophone was allowed to see the light too. Honza took it and played first on the field and later on also in the forrest.

You can not imagine the feeling I had while taking these photos. Sun beams were shining through benches as these two stood barely dressed on the fallen leaves and he played. And played. And it went out loud into the forrest, it talked to the birds, it made the leaves shiver, it made the cold ground melt and most importantly ... it made his love relaxed and happy. Afterall this is what life is about, isnt it?

Myslím si, že každý fotograf dostane čas od času práci, která mu úplně nevoní a stejně tak dostává i práce, které má moc rád. Já jsem jednu říjnovou sobotu měla opravdu štěstí. Ozvala se mi jedna opravdu krásná a vracející se zákaznice, přála si vyfotit se svým přítelem, který hraje na saxofon. Tohle nebyla jen práce, která se mi líbí, tohle bylo focení, ze kterého jsem byla neskutečně nadšená.

Původním plánem bylo vyfoti v ateliéru fotografii inspirovanou plakátem, který se líbil oběma mým modelům. Když ale na focení přijeli onu říjnovou sobotu, bylo opravdu krásné počasí. Slunce svítilo zpoza mraků, nebyla ani moc zima, podzim se probíhal po luzích a hájích ve své plné barevnosti. Okamžitě jsem navrhla focení venku. No a protože Karolína a Honza jsou nadšenci nebojící se žádné legrace, hned souhlasili. Vystěhovali jsme nádobíčko na focení ven, oba dva se převlékli, změřila jsem světlo a pak se ven z kufru podíval i saxofon. Honza si ho bzal do rukou a hrál. Hrál na polu, pak i v lese.

Neumíte si představit, jak jsem se cítila během celého focení. Paprsky slunce zářily skrz větve stromů, v nichž se ukrývali tito dva, spoře oblečení, stojící na spadaných listech a on hrál. A hrál. A jeho hudba šla lesem, mluvila s ptáky, roztřepotala listy stromů, rozmrzla studenou podzimní zem, ale hlavně... pomohla jeho lásce se uvolnit a prožít pocit štěstí. A o tom přece život je. Nebo není?
